After an admirable career running primarily in middle-distance
stakes races, Distorted Humor retired to Prestonwood Farm
(now WinStar) in 1999. Distorted Humor has sired 10 stakes
winners from his first crop (foals of 2000) including 2003
Kentucky Derby winner Funny Cide
and the graded stakes winners Go Rockin Robin, Awesome Humor
and Humorous Lady. He has sired an additional 10 stakes
winners from his second crop. Commentator, a member of that
crop remained unbeaten with a win in the Perryville S.,
setting the track record for seven furlongs at Keeneland
in the process.
